Our Team

Jenny Gregg - Office Manager

Jenny has managed our agency since 2004 and has developed a large repeat local clientele since relocating to Bundaberg. She is a consummate professional and her friendly, efficient and no-nonsense manner endears her to all our clients. Her unique management style has created very special relationships within her team and many of her past clients from Brisbane still choose to book their travel with her.

A good travel consultant requires excellent geographical knowledge, but nothing can compare with having personally been there and done that. During her travel career Jenny has not only shared the experiences of clients who have travelled to all corners of the globe, but has travelled widely herself. You can be guaranteed that if she hasn't been there herself she will know someone who has and will have the necessary knowledge to ensure you to see the very best of whatever country you choose to visit.

In addition to the extensive knowledge and personal experience Jenny brings to her team, it is her friendly, efficient and professional manner that delights our clients. She treats her client's holiday arrangements as if they were her own which has led to her achieving some impressive awards including the coveted national Harvey World Travel Manager of the Year Award in 2008.

Over 25 years of passionate commitment to travel Jenny has successfully managed metropolitan offices, acted as a Group Travel Coordinator assisting schools and special interest groups with group itineraries, bookings and escorting and handled large corporate accounts.

Caroline Travers

Caroline has been involved in the travel industry for over 15 years and her pleasant and bubbly personality is a great attribute to our team and endears her to her large client base. Having done a great deal of international travelling herself she is conversant with wide range of destinations.

Caroline and her partner Erik are regular travellers to Europe and when she is not in the office providing a right hand for Jenny she is literally shaking trees on their Lychee Orchard. She too is widely travelled and she is ever ready, willing and able to talk on topics ranging from sampans to safaris. Caroline's speciality is the more unconventional travel experiences and her personal wanderings have taken her to Africa; Alaska; Canada; Vietnam; Cambodia; Laos; China; Russia, Belgium and many other European countries; Japan; Bali; USA; UK; South Pacific; New Zealand; Tasmania, Peru, India; and Portugal. She has also cruised the Caribbean; Canada & Alaska; Norway; European riverways and parts of the South Pacific.

For their 2016 adventure Caroline and her partner chose Iceland and Norway. They took the self-drive option around Iceland visiting amazing glaciers, waterfalls and geysers, and witnessed the Northern Lights. The temperature was down to -2 but Caroline is well versed in ‘dressing for the occasion’ so if you are venturing to colder climes she can be a big help with luggage suggestions.

Tina Adams

We are extremely lucky to welcome Tina Adams to our team as her knowledge of the UK and Europe will assist other team members and our clients to be even better informed on European and UK destinations.

Tina began her career in the travel industry 2002 working for Going Places Travel in Hampshire, England before moving to Thomson Travel in Swansea in Wales. She left that position to accept a management position with British Travel Consortium, Travel House, in a new store they opened roll Brynhyfryd in Wales. Whilst she waited for the new store to be opened she relieved other Managers in the region, providing her an insight into different management techniques and time to practice the pronunciation of Brynhyfryd. If you are familiar with Brynhyfryd I am sure she would be delighted to have your call in and say hello.

Prior to moving to Australia Tina was Customer Service Manager for Natwest Bank in Sandhurst Berkshire.

Of the destinations Tina is familiar with which include the Greek Island, Canary Island, Cape Verde, Zambia, South Africa, Mexico, Dubai, Kenya, Maldives & New Zealand she lists Africa and the Maldives as her favourites.

If you are in the vicinity of our office please drop in and make yourself known to Tina and welcome her to Bundy. Whilst there, you might like to try to get your tongue around “Brynhyfryd”. There’s no shame in getting it wrong but it is a little linguistics challenge you won’t forget and it might yield you a small prize for your effort.

Ronwyn Hooper

Group Tour Co-ordinator
Ronwyn Hooper is a second generation member of our family to be involved with our travel agency and her organisational skills make her a perfect choice to co-ordinate and escort our group tours.

For those who don’t have a regular travelling companion, our Hometown Group Tours offer the opportunity to expand your horizons, tick off your bucket list and at the same time make new friends.

In addition to her love for travel and exploring new destinations Ronwyn’s interests include ancestry research, photography and horse racing and she is not averse to checking out fine wine and dining experiences along the way. Each year she accompanies a group of family and friends to the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival and her ancestry interests have taken her back to Tasmania several times researching convict heritage for friends and family. Those who have travelled with her to date will attest to her tasty inclusions in her tour itineraries.

The Men in our Lives

Ron Galley (left) is our other Principal and with his wife Heather has devoted 30 years to the travel industry. He too is well travelled but his first love is cruising. Ron is now semi-retired but is still available to assist with outdoor sales and promotions and  these days he describes himself as 'the forward scout' who chooses to experience new destinations for our clients. He has already cruised Alaska, South Pacific, Yangtze River, The Rhine and Danube and the Queensland East Coast and he is forever ready to take to the high seas. He loves the regional areas of France, particularly the Dordogne and would be happy to spend three months of the year there.

Robert Hooper has maintained our finances for several years. Books are his business and as a Licensed Bookmaker he makes a very accomplished Book-keeper. Like the rest of the Galley family he has a keen interest in travel and enjoys cruising and travelling to major sporting events whenever possible.

Robert organises and escorts groups for sporting events and more particularly horse racing carnivals and heads up our Punters Club.

Let us know your future travel plans so that we can make sure you’re one of the first to know what’s on offer when the time comes.
