We thank you very much for your organisational skills in making our holiday to Melbourne and Adelaide so enjoyable. By having transport, accommodation, and breakfast scheduled and pre-paid made our time away so easy.
When travel tickets and booking for hotels and tours were required, the red travel document case made everything so close to hand. When our savings reach a level to afford another holiday we will definitely contact you for your knowledge and understanding of our requirements.

After a disastrous experience with a high profile Travel Agency in town, who failed to confirm our bookings and also did not pay our deposit after being paid by us, we found all our plans of some months were in tatters. We then contacted your firm and were placed in the hands of a Consultant who had never visited the countries we were planning to visit. A new itinerary was quickly and efficiently organized within 24 hours and we experienced no problems with our bookings or our trip while we were away.

You explained everything and had the paper work in order so I could find everything without a problem. Thanks also for helping me with the US Visa Waiver etc. (P.S. We did see bears)
The trip was great. It was good advice of yours that we spend the night at the Sheraton hotel at the airport in Frankfurt before we flew home. It was so easy to get off the train, get a lift from the platform to the level where the hotel lobby was and walk the very short distance to the lobby.
The train trip from Munich was also a very pleasant way to get to Frankfurt and reminded us of some of the countryside that we had travelled through, by bus. I’d like to thank you for all your assistance in organizing our tour. We obviously had the benefit of your experience in putting together packages like our tour and did appreciate the differences that made.
